Our flat-rate cleaning services are based on results

They are not time-based like our hourly fee services.
When everything has been cleaned to our (extremely high) standards, we’ll stop. The checklist of jobs that corresponds to the service you’ve ordered (plus any extras you’ve chosen) will then be completed.

We do provide our cleaning personnel with an estimated time frame so they can schedule their days. These are merely guidelines, if your staff is capable, we’ll allow them to work more diligently and quickly.

Our Fair Go policy is in place on the rare occasions when our estimations turn out to be inaccurate.

While we’ll stay to finish the job up to an hour later than expected, there may be additional fees if the job takes longer than expected to complete all the items on our checklist.
